WORK AND RESIDENCY PERMIT APPLICATION IN MAURITIUS

Maintaining the company’s register of members and dealing with transfer matters.

7. Shareholder Communication:

Communicating with the shareholders (i.e. through circulars), payment of dividends, issuing documentation regarding rights issues and capitalisation issues and general shareholder relations.
