Record keeping

We help clients by making available dedicated accounting professionals to handle bookkeeping.
You can choose our in-house accounting services or opt for a technical resource on your premises. We also provide interim and short-term resources (secondment) for your book-keeping requirements. Our intervention is tailored to your needs.

VAT
We make sure that your VAT returns are filed on time and comply fully with the provisions of the VAT Act. We liaise with MRA on your behalf to address queries and facilitate prompt VAT refunds where applicable.

TDS
We take care of the filing of your TDS filing (Tax deducted at source) and ensure annual TDS returns are also filed on a timely basis.

Preparation of financial statement (FS)

We prepare financial statements to comply with financial reporting regulations, ensuring disclosures are made as per international standards.
Our team is well versed and experienced in the production of management accounts, the preparation of forecasts, financial reporting as well as year-end reporting and backup preparation for audits.

Consolidated Accounts

We also prepare Consolidated Accounts however complex your Group structure may be.

Back-office

Besides accounting, our team can provide back-office services such as preparing invoices and recording, acting as bank account signatories and performing your costing exercise to enable timely billing to your customers.
